This license is a legal agreement between you and Elodin Labs LLC for the use of Scriv.ai Software (the “Software”). By downloading any Scriv.ai files, add-ons, or resources, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license. Elodin Labs LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time, for any reason, without notice.
All copyright and proprietary notices and logos within the Software files must remain intact.

Elodin Labs LLC does not provide direct phone support at this time. No representations or guarantees are made regarding the response time in which e-mail support questions are answered, but we will do our best to respond quickly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elodin Labs LLC for any third-party claims, actions or suits, as well as any related expenses, liabilities, damages, settlements or fees arising from your use or misuse of the Software, or a violation of any terms of this license.
Elodin Labs LLC may terminate your usage of this app if there is a violation of these terms or any other abuse, including excessive usage, abuse, and malicious activity.
It is Scriv.ai’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Elodin Labs may change this privacy policy from time to time at our discretion and will change the date above whenever that happens.
If you choose to login with your Slack account we will collect your email / profile information. This data is used to validate your email address and Slack account.
Additionally, if you connect a Slack workspace we will collect and store that user's information and chat messages. This data is used to provide a searchable index of your Slack workspace and to train your chatbots.
Any content that you connect or upload to train your chatbots will be stored on our cloud-based servers.
Information that is used to train your bots, including Slack workspace data and uploaded/connected content, will be shared with OpenAI, for the sole purpose of creating and running chatbots with knowledge of that data. OpenAI will not train any AI models on your data, and will not share it with any other parties. Your data will not appear in ChatGPT or any public bots.
Additionally, we collect anonymous analytics data in Google Analytics and Sentry that is used to monitor and improve the product, which may include the use of cookies.
Apart from the exceptions above, we do not give any information to anyone else, and will never share or sell your data outside of the ways outlined in these terms, except when required by law.
We reserve the right to share the domain portion only of your email address under certain circumstances without formal consent. For example, in marketing materials or private messages referencing a list of companies who are customers. We will remove company names from any public materials on request.

Payments are handled through Stripe, which may access your credit card number. Credit cards are not ever seen or processed by our server.
We employ standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, we—like any site—cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information against malicious actors.
